ConstantSpeedPropagation	compound module	This propagation model computes the propagation time to be proportional to the traveled distance, the ratio is determined by the constant propagation speed parameter.
ConstantTimePropagation	compound module	This propagation model computes the propagation time to be independent of the traveled distance. In other words, the propagation time is determined by a constant parameter.
